Art Gallery of Ontario: Paintings, Sculptures and Masterpieces

As one of the most renowned art museums in North America, the Art Gallery of Ontario houses over 80,000 pieces of art from world-class European artists to local contributors. Founded in 1900, the widespread gallery has the largest collection of Canadian art, featuring the honored painting collections by the Group of Seven, as well as a multitude of different mediums, from bronzes to plasters. Expect to see masterpieces by Pablo Picasso and Vincent Van Gogh, for tributes to their iconic tyles. After a major renovation, the new rendition of the gallery includes rotating exhibits, a chic café, and a gift shop to take home collectibles and reprints. Group and self-guided tours are available for viewing.
