FREE Toronto Ice Skating for Everyone, Day & Night
235 Queens Quay West
Sun-Thurs, 10 am-10 pm
Fri & Sat, 10 am-11 pm
A seasonal lakefront tradition for 30 years and counting, Natrel Rink offers free ice skating for all ages, all winter long. In case you don’t have your own, skate rentals are available at $8 for adults, $6 for children and seniors. Once you’ve laced up, prepare for a relaxingly spacious, scenic day on the ice, surrounded by the bright blue waters of Lake Ontario and the iconic skyline of Downtown. If you get a craving for hot poutine or spicy chicken wings, tuck into Lakeside Local Bar & Grill, right by the rink. And if you’re lucky, your stay at our Bloor Street hotel – just 10 minutes away – might even fall on one of these special ice skating events in Toronto this February:
DJ Skate Nights
February 6th, 13th, & 20th
“Toronto’s Best Winter Block Party” takes place on the ice, spinning along to dance beats under a rainbow of lights every Saturday night through February 20th. Free for everyone as always, upcoming local and internationally themed DJ Skate Nights include the French Caribbean rhythms of “Kizomba, Bachata, Kompa on Ice” (Feb 6th), tropical tunes during the romantic “Lula Skate” (Feb 13th), and legendary hip-hop at the “Finale with Tony Touch!” (Feb 20th).
11 am-5 pm
A free event for the whole family, Snowglobe brings an immersive installation, puppetry, hands-on crafts, and skating musicians to Harbourfront Centre, all day on February 15th.
