Salsa on St. Clair

Now in its ninth year, Toronto’s Salsa on St. Clair is a celebration of the art of salsa dancing to be held Saturday, July 13th and Sunday, July 14th in the Hillcrest Village area of Toronto. Filled with festive music, local vendors, authentic Latin food, free dance lessons and a colorful culture parade, this fun filled event wraps up the international celebration of Latino Week – a week-long festival showcasing the Latino culture.

Presented by TLN Telelatino, this two day festival heats up the summer every year with a Latino themed street party that attracting millions of salsa lovers flooding into the streets of Toronto for the largest Latino celebration in Canada. Since its launch in 2005, Salsa on St. Clair transforms St. Clair Avenue in to an authentic Latin party where dancing, singing, eating and drinking take over the Hillcrest Village.

Join in the free street party as midtown Toronto will be converted into a display of thumping music, passionate dancing, tasty foods, a Latin marketplace and live entertainment. Don’t miss the free Zumba classes that kick off the event on the Main stage. For family fun, the 9th Annual Salsa on St. Clair includes many fund things to do for kids, like a kids play zone, live street performances and dance lessons for kids.
